This page contains the link to Wood Creek’s governing and defining documents as well as the outline of boundary maps. The By Laws, required by state law, set out how the business of the homeowners association proceeds, including rights and responsibilities of members, directors and officers. The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) sets out the rules and restrictions for our community. We encourage you to download and familiarize yourself with all these documents.
